The laboratories are the entities that execute the testing process and issue a technical report that shall be validated by certifiers.

In order to become a certified laboratory, it has to demonstrate compliance with the standard ISO 17025 as well as the scope’s technical and procedural requirements (i.e. Common Criteria scope).
